A single-family residence located in The Legacy at Suncadia in Cle Elum, WA. This two-story wood framed building with an attached single-story garage utilized exposed curved glue-laminated beams in the living and kitchen area. The main steel framing girder accentuates the modern aesthetic while providing the strength for the large open concept.
